Events

“The events are fun, social, and for those that want to track their handicap and take extra steps to be competitive (follow stroke/format of play, ensure courses meet handicap/slope/distance, etc.) that is also an option. The intention of OBG is to help foster a friendly and refreshing environment where people of all abilities are welcome; a chance to get some exercise, meet some great people, and to play to your own abilities and strengths.”

This page includes details about the upcoming events in 2024. There will be a couple of more events added potentially so keep checking in. OBG is also working on some lessons/practice opportunities that might include some indoor facility training in the off season. You can contact an OBG Board Member for more details.

OBG is always looking for golf courses, across Ontario, with golfers in the region that would like to play locally, and host other OBG members at their home courses. If you have any ideas, or would like to help organize an event you are more than welcome to reach out to any of the OBG Board of Directors listed on the Contact Page, or contact the Outreach Directors, Kostantino Beltsis or Kevin Frost.
